We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases (excluding reduced items) within 30 days of receipt in store or via courier
RETURNS outside the EU
All items purchased outside the EU are final sale. Please check our measurement guide before purchasing any products
HOW TO RETURN STEP by STEP:
1. If you have made an online order call us or email us with your order number; if you purchased in-store, please bring your purchase to any of the Jade V stores
2.As we do not organise return couriers – please ensure you send the item to the correct address:

3.Please place the invoice in the bag and ensure the item is secured in the box/bag
4.Kindly send us the tracking number of the shipment
RETURN Conditions
We can only return non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and have all tags still attached
